Hello! I’m Claire Honor.
I would love to teach you yoga and the science behind it. In doing so I will help you become healthier, manage stress better and create positive changes in your life.
All levels and abilities welcome to my classes. You don’t have to able to touch your toes. I will give you the tools and techniques to become the yogi that's inside everyone.
My classes are a vinyasa / hatha mix; postures that flow with the breath, alternating with holding the pose for several breaths to get the best from both styles.
I like to sprinkle in a little bit about the science that's going on behind the scenes to assist your transformation.
Class sizes are limited so I can give you the attention you deserve. My aim is to create a fun, heart-lifting, knowledge-filled, challenging and rejuvenating class.
